DELIVERY STANDARDS.

We are delivering outside ready build cabins:
In short you are getting: assambled laftekasse, roof ready for torv including takrenne, otside doors, terasse doors and windows. All lists outside. Ready terasse.

Laftekasse:

• 8 inch, 18-22 % furtet, hoveled, lin between the logs and corners, oser min 30cm diameter, distance according to NC schema.
• Bjork dimlings.
• Beickie. 

Roof Construction ready for torv:

• compact roof
• 250mm isolation
• exact roof schema to be provided.
  

Takrenne:

Wooden takrenne included

• standart beslag included
• coper beslag - optional
• bjork never - optional

Etajeskille hems:

• bjelke ( meg spor for inner tak)150/200 (seen bjelke, 75mm/150 – incl.)
• floor pine, 22/120, list standard pine. Not included

Windows and windows lists:

• Windows thermo pan, painted from both sides;
• Window lists (standard) outside painted, inside/ not included.
  

Outside and bod doors:

• Painted from both sides;
• Lists standard painted outside, inside not included.
  

Terrace door (TD):

• TD are painted inside and outside;
• Lists standard outside painted incl. inside not included.
  

Inside Doors (ID):

• Not included.

Floor and floor lists:

• Not included.

Terrace:

• Floor impregnated 28 x 120 mm;
• Fence – vilmarks panel (pine) or straight;
• Terrace stolpe – 200 x 200 mm;
• Terrace rafters impregnated.
  

Customer provide (not included) :

• Accommodation for workers;
• Crane for unloading the truck and assembling the laftekasse.
• Grassroof, Torv;
• Electricity, plumbing;
• Getting the permission from the Kommune;
• Scaffolding and security equipment;
• Unloading the materials;
• Drawings;
• Stone job;
• Painting of the cabin;
• MOMS.
